Since 2007, Jérôme is in charge of Dellen’s development and supervises the financing operations.

François started his career at Roland Berger in 2010 in strategy consulting (business plan, cost reduction, restructuring, buy-side due diligence, PMO, etc).

He joined Dellen in 2014 to contribute to its development and the creation of new Business Units.

After starting her career in a family office, Mathilde spent over 10 years as Head of Acquisitions for major private healthcare groups (including Clariane and Emeis). She was also responsible for strategy and operational performance.
She joined Dellen in 2024, bringing her strategic expertise and leadership.

Carl began his career in 2009 in structured finance in Spain at Société Générale, before moving into acquisition finance in Hong Kong at GE Capital and Mizuho. In 2018, he joined BlackRock's private debt fund in Paris, where he co-managed the France/Spain business between 2022 and 2024.
Carl joins Dellen in September 2024 to participate in the Group's development.

From 2021 to 2024, he took part in the creation and development of the veterinary clinic group Novavet, serving as Director of Operations.
In 2025, he joined Dellen as Operating Manager to support its subsidiaries with their operational challenges.

Philippe spent more than 10 years with auditing firms (Deloitte) and consolidation consultancies (ViseaConsulting). For the past 15 years he has been helping major groups to structure their consolidation processes and draw up their consolidated accounts (Saint-Gobain, Plastic Omnium, Pierre Fabre, Groupe Avril, Vallourec, Transdev, CMA CGM (CEVA Logistics)). He will join Dellen in 2023 to oversee consolidation.
